What is openecore?
openecore is a technology company working across software, AI, embedded systems, IoT, edge computing and robotics.
We build across the digital and the physical.
Some of what we build lives entirely in a browser. Some of it runs on a board in a cabinet. Most of the interesting problems need both, which is why the range is deliberate rather than accidental.
A connected product is not a software project with a device attached — it is one system whose hardest problems sit exactly on the boundaries between disciplines. We work across those boundaries so that they belong to somebody.
openecore is a new company. We are not going to tell you how many people work here or how long we have been doing this, because the answers would not impress you. What we can tell you is what the work is and how we intend to do it.

The name
Open + e + Core
openecore stands for Open Edge Core. It describes what we do in the order we do it: start from an open beginning, apply intelligence at the edge, and turn it into a working technological core.
